Utility customers can download the gift of convenience this holiday season as Dominion Energy South Carolina unwraps their first-ever mobile app for Apple and Android devices.

“We recognize that our customers’ expectations are changing,” said Sam Dozier, vice president of customer service for Dominion Energy South Carolina. “Their preferences continue to evolve, and with the release of our innovative new mobile app, our standard of service continues to evolve as well. It’s never been more convenient to connect with us from anywhere, anyplace, anytime.”

The app, which combines full website functionality with an easy-to-use, interactive menu, provides fast, convenient account access and real-time updates and account notifications. For added security, customers can access their information with touch or face recognition on enabled devices.

“Online customers can download the app today and log in to their account with their existing user information and password. It’s really just that simple,” Dozier added.
