Hussey Gay Bell announces the hire of Ms. Kelsey Gagnon as a Senior Civil Designer. She joined the firm with eight (8) years of experience reviewing and permitting numerous large-scale residential, commercial, municipal and industrial projects. Ms. Gagnon is well-versed in the design standards and permitting requirements of local and state regulatory agencies and applies this knowledge to the design and permitting of South Carolina site development projects for the firm. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
